product ok The product is ok, I gave it a neutral rating because it is a little too large to fit in most purses. However, the company is being almost harassing trying to force me to up my rating, or delete it. I will not buy from this company again. Feedback is only good if it is real, I do not appreciate the daily e mails and phone calls to try and get me to change my real opinion.
For what it is, it’s functional enough. But if you don’t like, no real option to return it…. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy when I ordered this…I merely wanted something functional to help with the switching handbags quandry. This organizer is of a size that can work with most purses and totes and has enough compartments to serve most needs. However, IF you decide you don’t like this, as the selller told me during one of our communications, the cost to ship it back to HONG KONG would cost more than the item itself. So the reality is, if you buy this, you are STUCK WITH IT, whether you like it or not.
Much better than what I expected Looking for a bag organizer and not willing to pay a lot, this is definitely for you. It is not cheap made, looks very nice, to be honest much better than what I expected. I enjoy having it.
