Joseph Joseph Uni-tool, 5-In-1 Utensil, Grey
Joseph Joseph’s Uni-tool has five functions in one tool. No more searching through the kitchen drawer looking for the correct cooking utensil. With a single Uni–tool you’ll have a slotted spoon, a turner, a solid spoon, a spatula and a cutting tool. It’s made from tough nylon and is heat resistant up to 240 degrees C / 480 degrees F. Dishwasher safe. Grey

Do not buy if you already have the 6 piece Joseph Joseph set I bought this along with Joseph Joseph carousel set (6 elevated utensils), since it was advertised as being a useful additional tool. Well, I never use the uni-tool. I have tried to enjoy it, and always get a kick out of things that have dual purposes..but only if they function well. Yes, this is a spoon, but not deep enough and hard to scoop. Yes it is a spatula, but not as wide and not as easy to hold as a real spatula. A knife..really? The whole tool is awkward to hold due to the curved design. If you don’t own any other kitchen tools in the house, or want to take it camping, then it will suffice. But in my kitchen, especially having purchased it with the 6 piece set which includes a much better spatula and spoon, I always find myself going for the real tool.
I use it for a lot of things This is a very cool tool. You can use it to cut up chicken while it’s frying in a pan for stir fry, use it as a spoon, use it for a turner for hamburgers or whatever… the list goes on and on. Even though you can use it for turning and as a spatula I still wouldn’t get rid of those things. The problem with using it as a turner is that you can only use it on short pieces of meat since it doesn’t have that much area to support things like eggs or fish. it is very limited too as a spatula but if you need it for small stuff this would be great in a pinch.Even though it does have it’s limitations like most “all in one” tools it still is the first thing I grab when I’m cooking something. I also got the dirty red color so it stands out in my drawer amongst all of the black and silver utensils.
handy kitchen utensil This handy little device has become my go-to gadget in the kitchen. Turn, spoon, strain, cut, stir, this tool does it all. It’s so useful I got a second one.
