Firstly, you must have two main needs or items. Bandages or anti-venoms are a must for every first aid skills. The first time you get started, you’ll receive rudimentary bandages, but you’ll also need to have anti-venom or complete quests in order to get this. Numerous kinds of anti-venom are available and are very much useful in different situations that require its different types.
To get started, go and get your apprenticeship from a trainer. This is a skill that players can start with. Even if you don’t have the best bandages yet, since you will only get them once you advance in a skill, having this is better than nothing. Remember that you can always go back to your trainer to learn more.
Now, purchase the Expert First Aid - Under Wraps item. If you are a member of the Alliance, you can find this in the Arathi Highlands. If you’re a player on the Horde side, you can find this in Dustwallow Marsh. After purchasing this item, you can now progress and go past skill level 150, which will bring you closer to achieving your level 375 goal.
Upon reaching level 225, you will need to complete the Triage Quest which can immediately move you up to level 300. Always remember that once you’ve reached level 240, you can always go back to your trainer to learn more on advanced bandage wrapping in order for you to easily advance your skills.
As you progress in skill, anti-venoms become available for you. You’ll be able to earn your first anti-venom from your trainer at level 80.
