2 weeks later it’s headless It works fine, but yesterday when i wanted to unplug it, the head came out, but the drive was still in the computer. Now I can’t use it, is really hard to unplug it because the metal part is so small that you can’t grab it well.
After using 1.5 months it no longer works This product was so cute and my teen loved it. We are both IT people so no chance we used it incorrectly or contributed to its’ demise. After using since Christmas (appx 1.5 months) it is no longer recognized by any computer. WHAT A WASTE OF MY HARD-EARNED MONEY. Don’t have original packing slip, don’t have original packaging, so can’t return it.
Great product AND customer service I recently purchased this flash drive. I have had no problems with it, but I did recently lose the little Panda’s body. I called Emtec and they are shipping me a replacement part at no cost and the man I spoke with was very very helpful. He was very friendly and only required that I email him.
